Party Bus Rentals Done Right in West Gulfport
Since 2011, Party Bus In New Orleans has coordinated group transportation across the Gulf South — from the French Quarter to the Mississippi Gulf Coast. West Gulfport sits right at the intersection of US-49 and US-90, two of the region's busiest corridors, and that geography shapes exactly how group travel works here. A birthday crew trying to hit four casino floors in one evening, a corporate team shuttling between Biloxi and Gulfport venues, a school group heading to the Gulf Coast Coliseum — every one of those trips benefits from having one vehicle, one plan, and zero parking headaches.
We coordinate every vehicle in our network so your group can focus entirely on the occasion, not on who volunteered to be the designated driver.
Our booking team is available 24/7/365, which matters when your charter bus for a late-night casino run needs to be confirmed at 11 p.m. on a Saturday. We offer Sprinter vans, 14-passenger Sprinter limos, 15- to 50-passenger party buses, 15- to 35-passenger minibuses, and 40- to 56-passenger charter buses — and all-inclusive pricing online in under 30 seconds means you know the full cost before you ever commit. Call 504-758-3591 to lock in your date.

Affordable West Gulfport Party Bus Prices for Any Group
Party bus and charter bus rental prices in West Gulfport depend on vehicle size, the date, and how long your group needs the bus. As a baseline: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. Pricing shifts by mileage, season, and vehicle type, but you will never be surprised by hidden costs — our online tool gives you the full number before you book.
Split across 40 or 50 people, one charter bus routinely undercuts the math of five or six separate cars paying for both gas and Harrah's self-park at $10 a pop. Call 504-758-3591 for a free, personalized quote with zero obligation.

Why West Gulfport Books Party Buses With Us
The Gulf Coast corridor between Gulfport and Biloxi runs 12 miles of casinos, concert venues, seafood restaurants, and beach bars — and US-90 gets genuinely gridlocked every Friday and Saturday night, especially when there's a headliner at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum or a big event at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi. Add in the fact that parking on Casino Row is a patchwork of valet-only ramps and surface lots that fill by 9 p.m., and suddenly the "everyone drives separately" plan has real costs.
Party Bus In New Orleans has coordinated group transportation across this corridor since 2011 — thousands of trips, countless casino nights, dozens of wedding shuttles between Gulfport beach venues and Biloxi hotel blocks. Our 24/7 reservation team knows which approach roads get closed during Cruisin' the Coast and which casino drop-off lanes accept charter buses without a permit headache. You get all-inclusive pricing online in under 30 seconds, ADA-accessible vehicles on request, and a single point of contact from your first quote to your last drop-off.

Whatever brings your group together here, we have a vehicle and a plan ready. Call 504-758-3591 to get your group moving today!

West Gulfport Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport (14035 Airport Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503) sits about 8 miles northeast of West Gulfport via US-49 North — a quick run on paper, but rental car queues and rideshare waits inside the terminal add real friction for groups arriving on multiple flights. Charter bus pickups use the designated ground transportation curb on the Arrivals level; have your group assemble with luggage before calling to confirm the bus moves to the curb. One bus keeps your entire crew — and all their bags — moving together instead of splitting into a caravan of rental cars that takes 45 minutes to clear the lot.
For groups flying into New Orleans Louis Armstrong International Airport instead (6 or more people flying in from out of state often find better fare options there), the drive down I-10 West to US-90 runs roughly 90 miles, about an hour and 40 minutes with normal traffic. A charter bus handles that haul comfortably with reclining seats, WiFi, and onboard restrooms. Call 504-758-3591 to coordinate your Gulf Coast airport transfer!

West Gulfport Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Biloxi's casino strip is one of the Gulf South's top bachelorette destinations — a dozen venues within a mile of each other along Beach Boulevard, open until 4 a.m., with no cover charge at most casino floors. The problem is getting six or ten people between Beau Rivage (875 Beach Blvd), IP Casino (850 Bayview Ave), and Island View Casino (3300 W Beach Blvd, Gulfport) without three people needing to stay sober and navigate US-90 construction at midnight.
A West Gulfport party bus rental solves the whole problem. The group boards together at the hotel or rental house, the bar is already stocked, the LED lighting sets the tone, and no one draws straws for who has to drive. Your custom schedule hits every stop on the crawl and gets everyone back safely when the night finally winds down.

West Gulfport Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival at a quinceañera or Sweet 16 venue is one of the most memorable entrances a celebration can make — and the Gulf Coast has beautiful options, from Gulf Hills Event Center (13701 Paso Rd, Ocean Springs, MS 39564) to private ballrooms in Biloxi and D'Iberville. Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses can be set up to match your color theme, and the built-in sound system means the playlist is already going when the doors open.
For adult milestone birthdays planning a casino night, a dinner at Half Shell Oyster House (multiple Gulf Coast locations), or a late evening at one of Biloxi's comedy clubs, a party bus removes the logistics burden entirely. Everyone rides together, no one has to be the responsible one, and the celebration doesn't splinter across three different rideshare ETAs. Call 504-758-3591 to plan your West Gulfport birthday outing!

West Gulfport Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The Mississippi Coast Coliseum (2350 Beach Blvd, Biloxi, MS 39531) is the Gulf Coast's primary large-event venue, drawing national touring acts to its 10,000-seat arena. On concert nights, Beach Boulevard backs up in both directions from the Biloxi casino district, and the coliseum's surface lots fill by 7 p.m. — leaving latecomers circling side streets off Howard Avenue. A West Gulfport party bus rental puts your group at the drop-off curb on Beach Boulevard and picks everyone up at a pre-arranged spot after the encore, skipping every bit of that post-show gridlock.
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi (777 Beach Blvd, Biloxi, MS 39530) hosts live music several nights a week in its event center — a much smaller room with even tighter parking. A party bus with a built-in bar and LED lighting turns the 15-minute ride from West Gulfport into part of the night. Call 504-758-3591 to book your concert shuttle!

West Gulfport Corporate Event Transportation
The Gulfport Convention Center (1600 E Beach Blvd, Gulfport, MS 39501) hosts regional conferences, trade shows, and corporate retreats that draw attendees from across the Gulf South. Shuttling your team between downtown Gulfport hotels and the convention center on US-90 East sounds simple until Beach Boulevard traffic during a peak event makes a 3-mile trip take 30 minutes. A minibus loops your group on a reliable schedule, and the WiFi and power outlets on board mean the commute stays productive.
For executive transfers between the Gulfport Convention Center and Biloxi casino resort properties — IP Casino Biloxi, Beau Rivage, or the Hard Rock — a Sprinter van or 15-passenger minibus handles the 10-mile run with climate control and leather seating. No one shows up to a client dinner frazzled from hunting for parking along Biloxi's casino strip. Call 504-758-3591 for corporate shuttle rates.

West Gulfport Private Event Transportation Services
Cruisin' the Coast, the Gulf Coast's legendary classic car show held each October, brings more than 8,000 registered vehicles and tens of thousands of spectators to the 26-mile stretch of US-90 between Bay St. Louis and Biloxi. Every surface lot along the route fills before noon on peak days, and US-90 itself gets stop-and-go through the entire event corridor. A private charter bus drops your group at the beachfront viewing areas of your choice and picks everyone up without the parking scramble.
For family reunions hitting Jones Park, the Lynn Meadows Discovery Center, and a Gulf Coast seafood dinner in the same day, one charter bus keeps everyone together on a schedule that actually holds. No five-car caravan splitting up at every merge, no one getting lost on the one-way streets around the Gulfport Small Craft Harbor. Call 504-758-3591 to build a custom route for your West Gulfport private event!

West Gulfport Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Harrison County high schools — including West Harrison High School and Gulfport High School — hold proms in the spring, and demand for party buses on those weekends compresses into a very short window. Families booking in January or February lock in the right vehicle at the right price; families calling two weeks out typically find limited options or significantly higher rates. That's the reality of a small regional market with high seasonal demand.
A typical 6-hour prom rental — school pickup, a photo stop at Jones Park on the Gulfport beachfront, venue drop-off, and an after-party return — runs $1,800–$2,200 when booked 4–6 months early. For prom: book by January or expect premium pricing or no availability. We work directly with parent committees across Harrison County, so call 504-758-3591 as soon as your date is set.

West Gulfport School Event & Field Trip Transportation
The Mississippi Aquarium (2100 E Beach Blvd, Gulfport, MS 39501) opened on the Gulfport beachfront in 2020 and has quickly become the Gulf Coast's premier school field trip destination — a 13-acre facility with Gulf of Mexico touch tanks, sea turtle rehab pools, and rotating exhibits. School group buses drop off on E Beach Boulevard in the designated commercial vehicle zone; parking in the adjacent lot is time-limited, so a coordinated departure window matters. One charter bus keeps your grade level together and cuts out the permission-slip-per-car scramble entirely.
The Lynn Meadows Discovery Center (246 Dolan Ave, Gulfport, MS 39507) is another frequent destination for elementary groups, with hands-on STEM exhibits and outdoor learning spaces designed for school-age visitors. Both venues work smoothly with a pre-scheduled bus — and undercarriage storage means backpacks, lunch coolers, and art project supplies all ride along without blocking the aisle. ADA-accessible buses are available; just flag it at booking.
Call 504-758-3591 for school group rates!

West Gulfport Sporting Event Transportation
The Mississippi Coast Coliseum (2350 Beach Blvd, Biloxi, MS 39531) hosts Biloxi Shuckers AA baseball and Gulf Coast Cottonmouths hockey in addition to concerts and arena events. On sellout nights, the Beach Boulevard approach from Gulfport backs up past the Beau Rivage casino, and the coliseum's surface parking lots charge $10–$15 per vehicle with no reserved-spot guarantee. A charter bus drops your fan group at the venue entrance on Beach Boulevard and picks everyone up when the clock runs out — no post-game parking lot crawl.
For tailgate groups heading to Southern Miss Golden Eagles games at M.M. Roberts Stadium (118 College Dr, Hattiesburg, MS 39406), the 70-mile run up US-49 takes about an hour in normal traffic — but game-day US-49 North is a different story as everyone from the Coast converges. A 40-passenger charter bus handles that haul with undercarriage bays big enough for a full tailgate setup. Call 504-758-3591 to arrange your game-day bus!

West Gulfport Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Gulf Coast wedding venues span a wide geography — from the historic Beauvoir estate grounds to beachfront ceremony setups along the Gulfport seawall to ballrooms inside Beau Rivage and IP Casino. Guests flying in for a destination wedding, then navigating an unfamiliar stretch of US-90 between their hotel and a private beach venue, are exactly the people who end up 20 minutes late and flustered. A dedicated West Gulfport wedding shuttle loops between the hotel and venue on a clear schedule, so your timeline holds and nobody in formal wear is hunting for parking along Beach Boulevard.
A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the standard pick for the bridal party on the wedding day itself — climate-controlled, polished, and the right size for getting everyone from the getting-ready suite to the ceremony without the stress of coordinating multiple cars. For the full wedding weekend, a minibus handles welcome-party shuttles, rehearsal dinner loops, and morning-after brunch transfers on a single booking. Call 504-758-3591 for a free wedding transportation quote!

West Gulfport Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Gulf Coast craft beer and spirits scene has grown significantly in the past decade. Biloxi Brewing Company (1018 Benachi Ave, Biloxi, MS 39530) anchors the local craft brewery circuit, while Gulf Coast Distillers and a growing cluster of waterfront bars along the Gulfport Small Craft Harbor offer a solid crawl route without anyone needing to get behind the wheel. Throw in a stop at Half Shell Oyster House for a late round of Gulf oysters and you have a full evening.
A West Gulfport party bus rental is the obvious move for this kind of itinerary — no designated driver, no parking at six different stops, no Uber surge at 1 a.m. when everyone leaves the same bar at once. Your group stays together from the first pint to the last call, with a built-in bar on board for the gaps between stops. Call 504-758-3591 for a free pub crawl quote!

Frequently Asked Questions About Our West Gulfport Party Bus Rentals
How much does a party bus cost in West Gulfport?
West Gulfport party bus rental prices vary by vehicle size, date, and trip length. Small party buses (15–20 passengers) run $204–$378/hour; mid-size (20–30 passengers) run $244–$414/hour; larger party buses and minibuses (35–50 passengers) run $294–$490/hour; and full-size charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. Casino-night and prom weekends carry peak-season pricing.
The fastest way to get an exact number is to call 504-758-3591 — all-inclusive pricing in under 30 seconds, no hidden costs.
Can a party bus drop our group directly at a Biloxi casino?
Yes. Every major casino on Biloxi's Beach Boulevard — Beau Rivage (875 Beach Blvd), Hard Rock (777 Beach Blvd), IP Casino (850 Bayview Ave), and the Golden Nugget (151 Beach Blvd) — has a designated porte-cochere or commercial drop-off lane where a bus can unload passengers curbside. Your group steps off at the front entrance instead of hiking across a surface lot.
We sort out the drop-off approach for your specific destination when you book, since lane assignments differ by property.
How far is the drive from West Gulfport to New Orleans on a charter bus?
The drive from West Gulfport to the French Quarter runs approximately 80 miles via I-10 West — about 90 minutes in normal traffic. On event weekends in New Orleans (Jazz Fest, Mardi Gras, Essence Fest, Saints home games), that same drive can stretch to two-plus hours each way as I-10 East backs up at the Twin Spans and the I-610 merge. A charter bus with WiFi, reclining seats, and an onboard restroom makes that drive far more comfortable than coordinating a convoy of cars.
We handle New Orleans runs frequently from the Gulf Coast; call 504-758-3591 to discuss itinerary options.
What is the bag policy at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum?
The Mississippi Coast Coliseum enforces a clear-bag policy for most ticketed events. Guests may bring one clear bag no larger than 12″ × 6″ × 12″ plus a small clutch. Standard backpacks and opaque bags are turned away at the gate.
Outside food and drinks are generally not permitted inside. We recommend checking the Mississippi Coast Coliseum's official website for the specific policy tied to your event, since touring productions occasionally apply additional restrictions beyond the house rules.
Is a charter bus practical for trips to Southern Miss games in Hattiesburg?
It is the practical option for groups of 20 or more. M.M. Roberts Stadium seats over 36,000, and US-49 North from the coast is a genuine crawl on game days — two lanes of traffic converging from Gulfport, Biloxi, and Wiggins all pointed at Hattiesburg. Campus parking sells out in the closer lots early, pushing late arrivals to a 15-minute walk.
A 40- or 56-passenger charter bus handles the round trip for a single predictable cost, keeps your tailgate supplies in the undercarriage bays, and waits near campus for the post-game pickup while everyone else is stuck in the exit queue. Call 504-758-3591 for a Golden Eagles game-day quote.
How far in advance should I book?
Three to six months out is the right target for most West Gulfport party bus rentals — especially for weddings, prom, and events tied to Cruisin' the Coast (October) or major casino concert weekends. Prom season (April–May) and Cruisin' the Coast week are the two windows where the Gulf Coast vehicle supply gets genuinely thin. For prom: book by January. For Cruisin' the Coast: book no later than August. For most other events, 4–8 weeks of lead time is workable, but earlier always means better vehicle selection and better rates. Call 504-758-3591 to lock in your date.
Popular West Gulfport Party Bus Destinations
West Gulfport sits at the center of a Gulf Coast corridor packed with casinos, beaches, arenas, historic sites, and waterfront dining. Your party bus itinerary can pull from all of it. Here are six destinations our groups visit most.

Beau Rivage Resort & Casino
Beau Rivage (875 Beach Blvd, Biloxi, MS 39530) is the Gulf Coast's flagship resort — a 1,740-room MGM property with a casino floor spanning over 85,000 square feet, a 50,000-square-foot event center, and a spa and golf course on-site. The event center draws mid-tier national touring acts and major boxing cards throughout the year. On concert nights and holiday weekends, the porte-cochere on Beach Boulevard sees heavy commercial vehicle traffic.
Bus drop-off uses the north side of the property near the parking structure on Howard Avenue. On-site self-parking runs $10 in the garage. We highly recommend confirming event-night drop-off routing with Beau Rivage's official website before your visit, since high-profile events occasionally redirect commercial vehicles.
Address: 875 Beach Blvd, Biloxi, MS 39530
Phone: (228) 386-7111

Mississippi Coast Coliseum
The Mississippi Coast Coliseum (2350 Beach Blvd, Biloxi, MS 39531) is the Gulf Coast's primary multi-purpose arena, seating up to 10,000 for concerts and sporting events. It serves as home ice for the Gulf Coast Cottonmouths hockey team and hosts the Shrimp Festival, major wrestling cards, and regional graduations. On sell-out nights, Beach Boulevard backs up in both directions between the casino district and the US-90/I-110 split.
Charter bus drop-off runs curbside on Beach Boulevard at the main venue entrance. Surface parking lots charge $10–$15 per vehicle for major events, with lots opening two hours before doors. Review the official coliseum event calendar before your visit to confirm parking availability and any event-specific restrictions.
Address: 2350 Beach Blvd, Biloxi, MS 39531
Phone: (228) 594-3700

Mississippi Aquarium
The Mississippi Aquarium (2100 E Beach Blvd, Gulfport, MS 39501) opened in 2020 as the Gulf Coast's anchor waterfront attraction — a 13-acre facility overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with Gulf Coast fish species, sea turtle rehabilitation pools, stingray touch tanks, and a covered outdoor amphitheater used for seasonal events. Admission runs approximately $29.95 for adults and $19.95 for children. School group rates and pre-scheduled programming are available with advance booking.
Charter buses unload on E Beach Boulevard in the commercial vehicle zone directly adjacent to the main entrance. Street parking along Beach Boulevard has a two-hour limit on weekdays. The aquarium draws its biggest crowds on summer weekends; arriving at opening (9 a.m.) keeps your group ahead of the lines.
See msaquarium.org for current hours and group visit details.

Phone: (228) 206-4100

Jones Park & Gulfport Small Craft Harbor
Jones Park (1 Harbor Dr, Gulfport, MS 39501) anchors the Gulfport waterfront — a public green space directly on the Gulf of Mexico adjacent to the Small Craft Harbor and the city's commercial fishing and charter boat piers. It serves as the main venue for Cruisin' the Coast beachfront events each October and hosts the Gulfport Harbor Lights Festival every December. During Cruisin' the Coast week, Harbor Drive and Beach Boulevard see genuine gridlock as thousands of classic cars and spectators converge on the waterfront.
A charter bus drops your group at the Harbor Drive entrance and the bus waits nearby, completely bypassing the parking lot scramble at the adjacent marina lot. The park is open year-round and free to enter. On-site parking is very limited during major events; the city operates overflow lots with shuttle service on peak event days.
Address: 1 Harbor Dr, Gulfport, MS 39501

IP Casino Resort Spa
IP Casino Resort Spa (850 Bayview Ave, Biloxi, MS 39530) sits just off US-90 in the heart of Biloxi's casino corridor — a 1,088-room property with a 75,000-square-foot casino floor, the Azure Event Center, a rooftop pool, and multiple dining outlets including the popular Mignon's Steaks & Seafood. The Azure Event Center hosts regional concerts and comedy acts throughout the year. Unlike the Beach Boulevard casino properties, IP's entrance is on Bayview Avenue, which runs parallel to the beach and typically moves faster on busy nights.
Charter bus drop-off uses the main porte-cochere on Bayview. On-site parking is complimentary for guests. Review ipbiloxi.com for current event listings and any event-night drop-off instructions.
Address: 850 Bayview Ave, Biloxi, MS 39530
Phone: (228) 436-3000

Lynn Meadows Discovery Center
Lynn Meadows Discovery Center (246 Dolan Ave, Gulfport, MS 39507) is the Gulf Coast's hands-on children's museum — a 38,000-square-foot facility with interactive STEM exhibits, a make-believe town, a large outdoor water play area, and rotating national traveling exhibits. It is the most popular school field trip destination in Harrison County for elementary-age groups, operating Tuesday through Sunday (9 a.m.–5 p.m.). Admission runs $12 per person, with group rates available for parties of 10 or more.
Charter buses park in the surface lot off Dolan Avenue adjacent to the main entrance — one of the few Gulf Coast venues with genuinely easy bus parking. School groups should reserve programs at least three weeks in advance. See lynnmeadows.org for current group visit scheduling and exhibit details.
